I keep getting proxy error messages when trying to access AU Library resources. What should I do?

Sometimes you will run into proxy server errors when attempting to access Library resources. Proxy error messages often include phrases such as: "The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server"; "The proxy server could not handle the request GET..."; or "Reason: Error reading from remote server".
You can often bypass these errors by clearing your web browser's cache and cookies. You can find instructions on how to do so in AU Library's Tech Support Guide.
