This ebook won't open / is not accessible. What should I do?

AU Library's ebooks are provided by a number of different vendors, so there could be various reasons why an ebook won't open or appears to be unavailable.
As a first troubleshooting step, it's a good idea to clear your web browser's cache and cookies. You can find instructions on how to do this in AU Library's Tech Support Guide. Here, you can also see a few more fixes to try.
If these fixes do not resolve your access issue, please report this to the AU Library Information Desk by email at library@athabascau.ca, or by phone at (800) 788-9041, ext. 6254.
Please provide as much information as possible, including:
- the type of error message you are receiving;
- the title, author, and / or a link to the ebook you are attempting to access;
- how you are accessing the ebook (through your course Moodle, DRR, Library catalogue, etc.);
- the type of computer or device you are using;
- the web browser you are using;
- the operating system you are using.
