This database is not accessible. What should I do?

AU Library's article databases are provided by a number of different vendors, so there could be various reasons why a database won't open or appears to be unavailable. You can find a full list of our databases here.
As a first troubleshooting step, it's a good idea to clear your web browser's cache and cookies. You can find instructions on how to do this in AU Library's Tech Support Guide.
If clearing your cache and cookies doesn't work, please contact us with:
- where you started (the library homepage, the drr, your course page, etc)
- the type of error message you are receiving;
- the name of the database you are attempting to access (or the title, author, and / or a link to a specific item you are trying to access);
- the type of computer or device you are using;
- the web browser you are using;
- the operating system you are using;
- screen shots of all relevant info.
