How can I access chat?

Accessing Ask Us Chat in EBSCO new UI
The "Ask Us Chat" icon is now located in a new spot!
EBSCO new UI has the Ask Us Chat bubble located at the bottom right hand corner of the webpage.
When you click the Ask Us Chat bubble it will open in a new browser tab.
If it is during chat hours you will be connected with an AU Librarian. If it is after chat hours you will receive a message regarding alternate ways to contact the library and access resources to support you.
Accessing Ask Us Chat on the main library website
On the right hand side of your screen there is a blue tab that reads "Ask Us Chat."
During chat hours this will pop-out:
Select "Chat Now" to chat with AU Library staff members directly.
Note: If chat is not running the box will open providing chat hours and how else to contact the library (library@athabascau.ca).
