Where can I find request forms?

Request forms can be found in two places on the library website. Under the “How to use the library” tab, click “Borrowing resources".
At the top of the page, there is a section on AU’s collection. The link at the bottom will direct you to a course material request form.
For reference, the request form looks like this:
For more request forms, go to the "About AU Library" tab and go to "Contact us".
On the bottom of the page, there is a list of forms to choose from, including the journal article and course material request forms.
